At Daikin, we truly value the work of all our colleagues across every department. Each of them plays a key role in keeping our production, development, and customer support running at a top level. That’s why we pay so-called semi-annual bonuses twice a year.💰 For this year’s winter period, we distributed a total of CZK 40.1 million among our employees. The average bonus amounted to 51% of the employee’s base salary.
