Students

Supporting the education of young talent is an important part of our company culture. As a manufacturing company, we understand that the future of technical fields depends on skilled and motivated students. That’s why we actively engage in collaboration with schools and offer opportunities to explore the world of modern manufacturing through internships and part-time jobs.

We regularly participate in open house days at secondary schools with a focus on electrical engineering and mechanical engineering, as well as at the University of West Bohemia, where we introduce students to the conditions and career opportunities available. We also organize factory tours for students ranging from primary school to university, during which they can learn about the company’s operations from experienced professionals and see the automated production environment firsthand.

We offer students of technical fields at the University of West Bohemia the opportunity to join our Trainee Program, where they can gain hands-on experience in a real production environment, acquire valuable skills, and potentially kick-start their careers. We believe that connecting theory with practice is the key to success, and we are happy to help young people find their way to an interesting and promising profession.

Support for education and innovation extends beyond just technical fields. We also collaborate with students from the Faculty of Art and Design, who bring a creative perspective on modern technologies and industrial design. As part of this collaboration, we had the opportunity to support students in developing semester projects that reflected not only aesthetics but also functionality and sustainability in design. The combination of art and industry opens up new possibilities for innovating not only products but also the work environment and approach to manufacturing processes.
