DAIKIN Project: It's About People
The project focused on employee education lasts for two years and consists of three phases:

  1. Preparation Phase – Setting up processes, selecting suppliers for educational and language courses, IT equipment, and preparing publicity.
  2. Implementation Phase – Organizing courses, monitoring schedules and budgets, internal evaluation, and regular reporting.
  3. Final Phase – Evaluating results, processing statistics, and project auditing.

Project Goals
The goal is the development of human resources and strengthening Daikin Industries Czech Republic’s position as a leading manufacturer of air conditioning units. Employees will improve their qualifications in general and professional skills, contributing to work efficiency and career growth.

Target Groups
The project involves 160 employees across the company – operators, supervisors, administrative and technical professions, managers, and internal trainers. The project also includes language training in English.

Results
The project will result in higher qualifications, flexibility, and competitiveness for both employees and the company. The aim is to prepare experts capable of producing top-quality products and strengthen the talent pool for leadership positions.
