Employee Training is the Future

Daikin Educational Project
The project supports the professional education of employees with the aim of increasing qualifications, practical skills, and competitiveness. The courses focus on legislation, IT, and specialized knowledge related to the manufacturing and sales of air conditioning units. A total of 101 employees from various professional groups, including blue-collar workers, technical-economic roles, and managerial positions, participated.

Main Objectives of the Project:

  • Increasing employee qualifications and their value in the labor market
  • Developing professional knowledge and work efficiency
  • Providing career growth opportunities and internal trainer education
  • Identifying talents and supporting long-term education

Process and Evaluation:
Participants were selected based on internal surveys and the needs of individual departments. The quality of education is continuously monitored through questionnaires, evaluation interviews, and feedback from trainers. The outputs of the project are used for further development of the company's educational system.

  • Modernization of training materials and evaluation methods
  • Introduction of Talent Management to support employees with high potential
  • Focus on equal opportunities, work-life balance, and flexible working conditions
  • Expansion of the internal trainer team for long-term sustainability of education

The project was implemented with the support of the European Social Fund (ESF) of the Czech Republic. After its completion, educational activities will continue with funding from the company's own resources.
