In 2005, Daikin introduced an internal standard called the Green Heart Factory (GHF), which serves to evaluate and certify the environmental and social performance of its manufacturing plants. This system assesses plants based on criteria such as the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, water consumption, waste production, and other environmental aspects. The certification is divided into four levels: bronze, silver, gold, and platinum.
DICz has been a long-term participant in this global initiative and strives to continuously improve its processes in order to minimize negative environmental impacts and contribute to sustainable development.

DICz has long demonstrated its commitment to the highest standards of quality, environmental protection, and workplace safety by obtaining prestigious international certifications.
In 2006, we received ISO 9001 certification, which demonstrates our quality management systems, and ISO 14001 in the field of environmental protection. These confirmed our goal to offer top-quality products that also comply with ecological standards.
In 2009, we obtained the OHSAS 18001 certification, proving our efforts to minimize workplace risks and ensure safe and healthy working conditions.
In 2015, we expanded our certifications to include ISO 50001 in the field of energy management. We implement energy-efficient equipment and support improvement projects (kaizens) that contribute to reducing the energy intensity of production and the efficient use of energy resources.
Since 2020, we have held ISO 45001 certification, which replaced OHSAS 18001. This certification ensures that our occupational health and safety processes comply with the latest standards.
